You may also re-order:

  • At reception:
    Complete a prescription request slip and post your request in the prescription box in the surgery.
     

  • By mail:
    Post your request to the surgery. Please note you need to enclose a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to send your prescription to you, or to the chemist of your choice.
     

  • Via the chemist:
    Many chemists will order your repeat prescriptions for you and will also collect your prescription from the surgery.
