New Patients

All new patients joining our practice are welcome to view our premises by arrangement with our Practice Manager. A questionnaire will be offered and a consultation arranged with a practice nurse or doctor within one month of registering. This allows an assessment of medical needs and accurate recording of any medication required. This provides an opportunity for familiarisation with the practice.
