The out-of-hours service is for emergencies and urgent
problems. Please do not abuse this service.

If you are unable to attend an appointment please cancel as
early as possible as this frees up an appointment for
someone else.

If you have any suggestions or comments to make about the
practice please ask to speak to Joanne Gibson, Practice
Manager.

Please let us know if you change your address or telephone
number. If you are waiting for an out-patient appointment
